Collection & delivery

Free local pickup is available from Salisbury, Brisbane. Collection details, including the pickup address and time, will be confirmed closer to your hire date using the contact information provided with your booking.

Australia-wide express postage is available for all eligible hires. Posted orders include a prepaid return satchel for a simple and stress-free return process.

Once a garment has been collected or successfully delivered by the courier, responsibility for the garment transfers to the hirer until it has been safely returned. Customers are responsible for ensuring garments are kept in good condition throughout the hire period.

Returns & postage

All garments must be returned by the agreed return date stated in your booking confirmation. Posted hires must be lodged at your local post office before 3PM on the final day of the hire period, while local pickups must be returned at the arranged drop-off time.

Timely returns are essential, as late returns may impact upcoming bookings for other customers. Failure to return a garment on time will incur a late fee. If you require an extended hire period, this must be arranged and approved prior to your return date and will be subject to availability.
