How to hire - a step by step guide to book your hires
★ BROWSE
Browse our collection on our Instagram profile.
★ DM
Send us a DM with the image of the item you’d like to hire, the date you need it, and whether you prefer postage or local pickup.
★ PAYMENT
If the item is available for the requested date, we’ll send you further instructions on how to confirm your booking with payment.
★ COLLECTION
After receiving payment, your item will be booked and secured for the specified date. We’ll then reach out to confirm postage details or collection instructions.
★ CARE
Once you collect the garment, it’s in your care. Please treat it with the same care as if it were your own. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact HBT.
★ RETURNS
Local Pickups: Please return the garment (unwashed) the day after your event, unless otherwise specified.
Postage: If you chose postage, please send the garment back promptly and provide the tracking information.
